The Storyboard October 2025

This October, ComeOnLetsGo is celebrating Christ’s light through transformed lives, a 12-city digital campaign, and the launch of the Made to Tell podcast, inviting you to pray for new partners, provision, and lasting impact.

Shining the Light in a Month of Darkness

In May of 1971, our founder, Bob Lubell, first discovered that God could be known personally. Having searched for meaning “in all the wrong places,” his life changed forever when he encountered the risen Christ. From that moment, evangelism became part of his DNA. Bob’s story reminds us that when we truly experience Jesus, we can’t help but share Him with others.

This October, while culture leans into themes of darkness, we at ComeOnLetsGo are choosing to celebrate the Light of Christ. Around us, many people are searching for answers—turning to counterfeit forms of spirituality in hopes of finding freedom and connection. Yet Scripture tells us, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Real freedom is found only in Christ.

That’s why our team is passionately sharing stories of transformation—testimonies of people once caught in fear, despair, and deception who have now found peace, hope, and freedom through Jesus. As the prophet Isaiah declared: “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light” (Isaiah 9:2). This month, we are shining that light boldly.

How You Can Pray for ComeOnLetsGo This Month

As we move forward with bold initiatives, we ask you to join us in prayer:

  • Pray for the launch of a 12-city digital campaign, that it will have lasting impact as people encounter multiple God stories online over the next two months.
  • Pray for 1,275 monthly partners to join us in sustaining and expanding the mission of ComeOnLetsGo.
  • Pray for a favorable outcome on a grant request submitted last month, so that we can begin 2026 strong and expand our reach across the nation.
  • Pray for our new podcast, Made to Tell, that it will inspire a movement of believers to boldly share their own stories of faith.

As Bob’s evangelism journey reminds us, stories change lives. Every testimony points to the living Jesus who still meets people where they are. This October, in a month often marked by shadows, we are proclaiming the Light of the world.

Together, let’s shine Him brightly.
