His father died suddenly. His marriage was struggling. Then his wife was paralyzed in a tragic accident. Shattered, he cried out to God with anger, pain, and desperation—only to hear: “This is longterm, but I will be with you.” Decades later, through sorrow, healing, and grace, he still believes: God’s plan is best.

Growing up in a dysfunctional family marked by swinging and blurred boundaries, a young girl found early exposure to Christ through a local church. Despite trauma, God brought healing, forgiveness, and lasting love into her life.
