After a painful divorce left him feeling abandoned by God and questioning his faith, Jason Gray shares how an unexpected moment—reading Psalm 18 quoted by Bono in Rolling Stone—sparked a renewed belief and showed him that some of the greatest spiritual growth in his life came through suffering, loss, and failure.

Kicked out of Royal Rangers for refusing to pray, he learned from his dad that faith is personal and God’s plan is bigger than his own. Today, he embraces his calling in music and ministry, supported by his family’s encouragement.

Living with a speech handicap, he initially resisted God’s calling. Over time, he realized his weakness creates space for grace and connection, turning his struggle into a powerful ministry tool that opens hearts to God’s work through vulnerability.

Surrounded by faith and music from a young age, he stayed focused on God’s calling despite peer pressure and distractions. Even when he veered off course, God used unexpected moments—including a dream—to realign his path and confirm his purpose.

He never wanted to sing, but others saw God’s calling before he did. After COVID ended his touring income, he faced uncertainty—until God provided in a miraculous way, affirming his calling and deepening his trust in God’s provision.
