After attempting suicide at 11, trafficking drugs, surviving violence, and eventually falling into psychosis and severe addiction, he was told he would never be able to live normally again. But after years of darkness, a simple expression of gratitude to Jesus led to what he describes as a supernatural encounter that instantly freed him from his drug addiction. With a clean drug test and a completely changed life, he began to see himself not as the broken man in his past, but as someone made new through Jesus.

After achieving success as a two-time All-American football player, getting drafted by the New York Giants, and experiencing the glamorous lifestyle of the Playboy world, he still found himself searching for fulfillment in all the wrong places.
